Farewell To Bacon

Ok so a few Years ago my Aunt stopped eating pork for health reasons! I can remember being pregnant at Thanksgiving eating some pig feet and her saying "You don't need to feed that to that baby." I replied by taking another bite! LOL! I always said that I would give up pork, when I stopped liking BACON!!

Well yesterday I was eating a BLT from Jimmy Johns,and all I could think was, "MAN, THIS IS SALTY. IT CAN'T BE GOOD FOR ME." So July 23, 2012, I decided to GIVE UP BACON! So it's official, no more pork!...Working towards a Healthier lifestyle. Taking baby steps!

One's company...I think not

So lately I've been extremely lonely and confined in my apartment with my 5yr old. Yeah, my life is so exciting. Anyway, I decided to take myself out on a date. So I took myself to TGI Friday's for dinner. Wow!!! dinner is not dinner without someone to share it with. No conversation over the meal, no tasting each other's entree, no nothing. I had such a bad time that I cancelled my movie with myself. So it's true, TWO's company.
